Global Issues // Ctrl.Alt.Shift Films

Manchester based design agency Dorothy created five screen-printed posters to promote new short films directed by up and coming film makers.

“The short films were the winners of a national competition launched by Ctrl.Alt.Shift in 2008 which invited young filmmakers to write a treatment based around a global issue – War and Peace, Gender and Power or HIV and Stigma,” explains Ali Johnson, a partner in Dorothy.

My favorite poster is war school, the minimal design and bold colors, especially the dripping red, is really eye-catching.
